GLAMOUR POUR LE HAMMER is a group home for Sydney's mavericks and misfits where guest DJ's, both renowned and unknown, are released from the yoke of generic sound-catering and encouraged to indulge in freedom and favourites. The night escalates to absurd heights as resident Jack Shit (FBi), digs deep into the bowels of his massive, motley collection. Expanding indefinitely into the wee hours, the night's apex involves a live show from the diabolical Christa Hughes (Circus Oz, Machine Gun Fellatio, Eternity Man). Discover the ultimate antidote to Sydney's dated scene-queens, where you least expect it. Fair play. For free. All ways!

Glamour pour le Hammer has run entirely under the radar as a group home for Sydney's mavericks and misfits since 2007. Under the extravagant auspices of the hostess with the mostest, the positively towering Faggot Rooster, all kinds of zig-zag wanderers gather in the secretive and sumptious surrounds of The Colombian Hotel's upstairs cocktail lounge each and every Thursday to gad about gladly.

JACK SHIT
Jack Shit is a ratbag radio-head and raconteur who reinvents the real with every show and set - refusing repetition and gleefully experimenting with expectations - keeping even the indolent on tipsy toes. He Jacks Off Saturday arvos on FBi and goads crowds in every dive Sydney has to offer throughout the work-king weak with haughty refusals to play The Presets (or any other overly-fashionable saturated craps). Give him some love. He needs it!

Circus Oz run away , she actually ran away FROM the circus , Christa Hughes is back in Sydney doing what she does and loves best, singing and performing cabaret in her own inimitable style. Her past shows include Beer Drinking Woman and Sleepless Beauty. She is also known as KK Juggy , of the now defunct Machine Gun Fellatio, and famously got the band banned because of her stage antics. She has most recently starred in film opera The Eternity Man (directed by Julien Temple )as brothel madam Myrtle which is currently touring the International Film Festival circuit.
She is "irresistibly tuneful" San Francisco Chronicle
